Tasks and Duties:
Manage and maintain customer correspondence including phone and email.
Provide phone and email coverage as part of the customer service team along with timely and accurate confirmation and/or response.
Conduct thorough investigation of customer issue and communicate next steps along with the follow up process and procedure.
Create product and service orders within company systems and generate paperwork related to full camera systems, parts and service.
Manage and maintain schedule(s) adjusting as needed to meet customer(s) requirements.
Communicates changes in scope of work or schedule both internally and externally in a timely manner.
Responsible for follow up and closure on all outstanding quotes, orders and RMA's.
Coordinate shipment schedules and prepares all shipment related paperwork required for delivery to customer in compliance with company and carrier quality and product integrity requirements.
Ensures all outgoing testing procedures associated with the transaction are completed along with corresponding documentation and system(s) updates.
Understanding of transportation terminology and requirements in relation to carriers including but not limited to - UPS, Fed Ex, LTL etc.
Ensures items and documentation per process and procedure is appropriately allocated to the required company locations and departments.
Perform individual system and data entry and be proficient in handling electronic images, spreadsheets and documents within a Network environment.
Direct use and knowledge of working with Office 365 and Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word) helpful.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
