00/ hour night shift premium $2,000 Hiring bonus paid after 90 nights of successful employment We pay weekly! 12 hour shifts- 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off! Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop):
A role that requires the use of torches, jackhammers, crane and forklift operations.
Finishing Operator (Rolling Mill):
Rotate through several jobs in a fast-paced role- finishing, trimming, running conveyers, and coiling Bander (Processing Plant):
Running industrial banding/steel packaging machines and forklifts MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or willingness to participate in an accredited program to obtain GED within 1 year of hire Ability to learn quickly and enjoys working with hands Great teamwork skills and demonstrated strong attendance Great attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand full shift; some roles require ability to work in hot environment PREFERRED
