Overview - The Account Representative ensures customer retention through excellent customer service, effective allocation of environmental compliance technicians, and adherence to established work processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Include the following items and other duties may be assigned.
Ensure timely communication with client representatives.
Ensure timely allocation of environmental compliance technicians.
Promote effective service delivery through collaborating with team members and operation managers.
Ensure each client's timely compliance with state and federal mandates.
Educate clients regarding mandates.
Ensure database information is accurate and timely to meet current mandates.
Create timely and thorough work orders.
Visit site locations to resolve client services concerns.
Participate with other team members at trade shows.
