We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell parts, retrofits and services to our established customer base plus an emphasis on growth for new retrofit applications.In the state of Wisconsin.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Interpret and analyze customer's inquiries via quotations, applications, deliveries, orders, complaints, pricing etcwhile establishing and maintaining personal positive rapport with customersAcquire, process and track order progress through billing and collectionsAbility to verbally & electronically communicate with others in a positive professional manner at all timesProvide parts support and technical assistance to customers and company personnelAttend meetings, webinars, participate in technical conventions and expos, and attend vendor training seminarsThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily as well as poses the following skills:
Customer service oriented with the compassion to help solve problemsStrong professional communication and negotiation skillsHighly detailed, with exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skillsAble to read and interpret technical documentation and specificationsWorking knowledge of Sage 100 is a plusAssociate Degree in Water/Wastewater field or hands on training in the industry is a plusMechanical/Electrical aptitude with a general knowledge of basic tools and their use is a plus A family-owned company, Energenecs supplies world-class process equipment and professional control system integration services to water and wastewater clients throughout the upper MidwestWith Professional Engineers on our staff, we provide utility clients and consulting engineers assurance of a high-quality systemComplementing our exceptional engineering and technical base is an experienced field service organization including a complete staff of electrical engineers, programmers, master electricians, and field service technicians.
