Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

years of experience in a Continuous Improvement environment.
Demonstrated success in the application of Continuous Improvement philosophies, tools and techniques.
Demonstrated success in leading complex problem-solving projects and initiatives and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in conflict management and resolution, change management, and emotional intelligence.
Demonstrated project management skills.
High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.
Comfortable with analytical methods, mathematics, and statistics.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with advanced features of Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as needed.
What we'd like to see:
Master's Degree in Engineering or related advanced degree.

years of related experience at a metals manufacturer.
3
years of Continuous Improvement experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, and Project Management certifications.
Experience with Value Stream Approach as a basis for CI.
Experience with PFMEA and Kaizen Projects.
Proficiency with Minitab, Visio, and Microsoft Access.
Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
