HOURS:
6 am - 2 pm REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Assurance Attention to detail and ability to solve practical problems Ability to work both independently and in a team Ability to manage time effectively Ability to interpret and communicate specifications and company procedures Ability to work with Microsoft Excel Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus Experience in working with and assaying solutions and chemicals is a plus DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining 100% quality, GMPs, and compliance following approved procedures, and product specifications.
Perform sampling, testing, and verification for all incoming raw materials.
Perform In-Process testing on production lines, including performance testing and inspection of product attributes.
Perform Finished Product testing utilizing lab equipment including, but not limited to titrations.
Maintain and monitor quality issues (Nonconformances, Deviations, Corrective Actions) as they relate to receiving inspections, manufacturing processes and reports, and quality audits.
Maintain and provide product quality standards and internal cross-training to support processes and quality improvements.
Maintain and assist with all relative aspects of quality, alongside production, to ensure the prevention of defects and to continually improve quality efficiencies.
Assist with Research and Development (R&D) for new products and customers.
