We have an opportunity for a Buyer/Customer Service Rep to join our team.
Responsibilities Preparing and placing orders for material and services Requesting purchasing quotes and maintaining pricing Oversee, set-up and help maintain customer accounts Receive and process customer requests to include but not limited to quotes, orders Daily invoicing Provide support to outside sales Interact with shipping on customer orders and requirements Other department support as needed Qualifications Accuracy, extreme attention to detail is crucial Prior Purchasing experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment Strong communication skills and computer skills Ability to work independently and prioritize Positive approach Willingness to work as a team Education and Prior Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) Previous (3 years) Purchasing experience in Manufacturing is desired Location Saukville, Wisconsin Work Authorization United States Job Type Full-time We offer a Competitive Benefits Package, 9 Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Quarterly Profit Sharing, and a 401(k) with Company Match.
