Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to Managing Partner, Listing Transaction Coordinator, and Closing Transaction Coordinator - Triaging Phone Calls - Create/Maintain Database as needed - Deliver materials to post office/senior communities as directed by Managing Partner - Updating our list of trusted contractors annually - Event follow up calls - Processing Closing Files - Ongoing Client Engagement - Creating marketing pieces - preparing listing/seminar folders - maintaining all supplies necessary - Client and Market Estimate Follow Up - BBB account management
Qualifications:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
