Project Manager/Mechanical Designer

As Project Manager/Mechanical Designer you are responsible for the design, management and profit & loss of projects assigned to you - from inception through start-up and acceptanceIt is the intent to develop and adhere to corporate design standards as much as possible but each project will have its own variation allowing for creative or alternative designs and/or solutions.In the state of Wisconsin.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Overall project understanding - specs, proposal, pricing, related projects, etc- expert above all othersOversee and direct all project activities and resources (CAD, documentation, admin, panel, programming, start-up, etc.)Project technical designResearch of equipment in order to meet specifications and or functionDrafting reviewReview of material BOMs prior to releasing to purchasingSchedule of Values (SOV) and invoice stagingProject budget and profit & lossScheduling and prioritizationProject meetings and site visits as necessaryDevelop project documentation including submittals and O&MsProactive communication - internal and externalEngineer, contractor and customer relationshipPost project analysisProactive communications, scheduling of resources and prioritization will be paramount to a successful projectIdentify and communicate to PM and/or Sales deviations or additions to the original scope of workSeek additional service and or sales opportunities with customers and communicate to the sales teamReport, accurately, all time worked, particularly time worked on billable jobs.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily as well as poses the following skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
